Published: 27. 12. 2022 In category: News All news Implementation of the Rules on the organization of the Market Operator’s platform for balancing energy Borzen announces that the new Rules on the organization of the Market Operator’s platform for balancing energy, which will enter into force on 1 January 2023, have been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 161/2022. The new Rules on the organization of the Market Operator’s platform for balancing energy mainly include amendments related to the change of terminology compared to the current Rules for the operation of the electricity balancing market. The terminology has changed due to stipulation laid down in Electricity Supply Act.
