Published: 29. 12. 2022 In category: News All news Implementation of the Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market Borzen announces that the new Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market, which will enter into force on 1 January 2023, have been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 163/2022. The new Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market introduce changes in the field of imbalance settlement which were presented during the public consultation of the draft Rules and during previous public consultations on the concept of imbalance settlement. The rules also implement the requirements of the Electricity Supply Act and the Commission Regulation establishing a guideline on electricity balancing (EU) 2017/2195. The new Rules are available at the following link. Borzen has also published on its website a list of Additional Instructions, prepared in accordance with the Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 163/2022).
