Published: 1. 9. 2022 In category: News All news Martin Bratanič ends his mandate as the General Manager of Borzen On 31 August 2022, Mr Martin Bratanič ended his mandate as the General Manager of Borzen. The Supervisory Board of the company appointed Mr Borut Rajer, a long term Director of Operations at Borzen, to the position of the company’s General Manager from 1 September 202 for a two-year mandate, but at the latest until the appointment of a General Manager with a full mandate. In accordance with provisions of the company’s Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board has already started the necessary procedures with the aim of appointing a General Manager with a full mandate. Due to the implementation of the latter, in the coming days, a public call for the selection of candidates for the appointment of the company’s General Manager will be published in accordance with the provisions of the company’s Articles of Association.
