Published: 1. 4. 2019 In category: News All news New Rules on the Operation of the Electricity Market Borzen has published new Rules on the Operation of the Electricity Market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 74/18) that came into force on 1st January 2019, which supplemented and in parts amended the Rules on the Operation of Electricity Market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 105/15), which apply until the end of 2018. The Rules are prepared based on two public consultations (first public consultation - December 2017, second public consultation – April 2018), as well as the proposals and comments received in the course of a public consultations. Furthermore, the Rules also implement the requirements of the Regulation Establishing a Guideline on Electricity Balancing (EU) 2017/2195. As the Rules are currently available only in Slovene, we have prepared an Explanation of the main changes to the Rules on the Operation of the Electricity Market.
