Published: 28. 11. 2025 In category: News All news From 1 January 2026, a new price list for the REMIT reporting service comes into force The updated price list will enable us to continue providing our customers with reporting or submitting of data on energy wholesale transactions in accordance with legal obligations. The updated price list follows the obligations laid down in the new Commission Decision (EU) 2025/1771 and the forthcoming REMIT acts (revised Implementing Regulation and Delegated Regulation), which expand the requirements regarding security protocols and data quality and increase the overall scope of REMIT reporting. The new Price List is also introducing a new element, a more detailed scale of monthly fees with additional classes depending on the number of transactions. This should align the participants' monthly costs more proportionately with the actual volume of reporting – participants with a lower volume of reported data will pay a lower fee, while participants with higher volumes will pay a fee that better reflects the scope and complexity of processing their data.
