Published: 25. 9. 2020 In category: News All news Borzen with new Acting General Manager On 24 September 2020, the Supervisory Board of Borzen met with Mr Karlo Peršolja, PhD and agreed on the termination of his function as General Manager of Borzen. The Supervisory Board appointed Mr Peter Žmak, the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board, to the position of Acting General Manager. Peter Žmak comes from the IT field and, together with other members of the Supervisory Board, aims to strengthen Borzen’s role in the energy market and actively help shape its further development.
