Additional Instructions

1. Information system of the market operator (Article 9, paragraph 8): The market operator specifies in the instructions that the information system of the market operator is used instead of e-mail for all or some communication with the members of the balancing scheme, where these rules specify e-mail.

6. 7. Operation of an independent aggregator on the electricity market (Article 68, paragraph 4): The market operator can determine in additional instructions the specific deadlines and the method of data exchange regarding activations and quantities of activated energy from the flexibility service.
